CALCAST® 100
CALCAST® 100 is a pure white and quick setting β-hemi hydrate used for general use of
plaster.
It is mostly used for ;
- plastering mixed with lime
- casting decorative items-statues
- theatre or exhibition decors
- moulds for bronze casting
- glass-fibre cornices and ornaments
- jointing plaster board
- plaster panels / blocks
- additive in animal food

CALCAST® 200
CALCAST® 200 is a blended product consisting of β- and α - hemi hydrate. It is considered as a semi-hard plaster.It combines the cost effectiveness with a considerable hardness.
It is mostly used for ;
- casting decorative items
- imitation wall vricks
- pre-fabricated panels cornices and ornaments
- general use where a certain hardness is required
PACKING:
CALCAST® 300
CALCAST® 300 is a 100% α - hemi hydrate.The plaster is calcined in a so called autoclave under steam pressure which gives a different kind of crystal structure.It needs less water to hydrate and therefore the hardened end product is much harder than that of traditional plaster.
It is mostly used for ;
- casting decorative items
- master moulds
- building chemistry as an expansive agent for high alumina based mortars
- general use where an extreme hardness is required
