CALIGHT^® 40
 
CALIGHT^® 40 is a high alumina cement containing about 40 % of Al2O3.
Because this kind of cement gives no free lime like Portlandcement it makes it resistant to high temperatures (well above 1000°C.)
In use as a binder for building purposes this cement gives a very high early strength > 55 MpA after 6 hours.
Further to this it gives a higher resistance to abrasion,and better resistance to chemical attack.
In the building chemistry industry it is often used to accelerate the setting of Portlandcement. 
The cement is dark brown to black .

CALIGHT^® 50

CALIGHT^® 50 is a high alumina cement containing about 52 % of Al2O3.
Because this kind of cement gives no free lime like Portlandcement it makes it resistant to high temperatures (well above 1300°C.)
Because of its light colour it is widely used in repair mortars where the colour is of importance.
As a replacement of Portlandcement it is used as a straight binder for industrial floors with as main features;

– high early strength 
– quicker use
– high chemical resistance
– high abrasion resistance

It can easily be coloured by adding inorganic pigments into the wet concrete 
The cement is light crème of colour.

CALIGHT^® 70

CALIGHT^® 70 is a high alumina cement containing about 70 % of Al2O3.
Because this kind of cement gives no free lime like Portlandcement it makes it resistant to high temperatures (well above 1600°C.)
In the building chemistry industry it is often used to accelerate the setting of white Portlandcement. 
Because of its very high whiteness it is often used in rapid drying wall finishers- repair mortars – marble tile adhesives and tile grouts.
It can easily be pigmented with inorganic oxides.
The cement is white.
